should i wear a a liquid foundation because the only thing i want to cover up is some minor acne on my forehead but i feel like only using concealer might look weird.

you could just use a spot concealer and blend it in on the areas that need the coverage.

what concealer would you recommend for red and purple (sides of nose and under eyes) skin?

i would suggest a corrector. it would cancel out the blue and purple. i love the bobbie brown corrector.

Hello, I love your blog ;) anhow, I have wavy hair kinda like the picture on your blog, is that you by the way? :) x after I wash it, it tends to get puffy! so what should I do, right now all I do is that side braid or a pony tail, what other options do I have? :) x Thank you a lot.

that is me, maybe you should try a gel or curl cream. i have been loving the not your mothers kinky curl cream. i  just scrunch it into my damp hair and it takes the frizz right out

any experience with the mac fluidline? is it necessary to have a mac eyeliner brush ? i was going to go with the sonia kashuk bent eyeliner brush. i heard its amazing and for a great price.

i have never used that before but i bet that you can use what ever kind of brush that your feel best using!

This is probably going to seem like a really dumb question to all the fake lash users out there but-- Where do you apply the lashes to? To the skin or to the lashes just away from the skin? I've been told both.

i apply them right to my lash line, just like your are putting another row of lashes on. use your own lashes as a guide line and place the fake ones right on top

Great suggestion on the One by One mascara. I purchased it and love it. It's really natural and has some great staying power. I do have another question however: Despite using a primer, and a MAC brush and blending a lot, my foundation always looks flaky and well, like I'm wearing makeup. Any tips on making it look more natural?

i am glad you like the mascara!! for the foundation, try applying it  with your fingers like you would a moisterizer. sometimes with dryer skin, when you use a brush you end up exfoliating the skin by buffing the product around (which causes the flakes). Remember to be gentle with your skin and apply a moisturizer before your foundation and primer.

I'm 14 years old and I'm not very good at doing my own makeup. I have blue eyes and bleach blonde hair. I only own one color eyeshadow (brown) and one blush and some cover up and lip gloss. my question is what makeup should i buy (i prefer something that is cheap but effective) and what should i do with it?

i would suggest some more eyeshadows, like the pallet from wet and wild “walking on eggshells”. i would also suggest getting a few different color lip glosses and a light weight powder for  a light coverage. also watch my youtube videos for natural makeup tutorials!

What is the best mineral powder foundation? I want something that is natural and doesn't contain harmful skin products.

bare minerals has great mineral foundations. they dont break me out and they have a good coverage.
